Park Description

Moose Creek Regional Park is situated approximately 3 km North of the Alameda Dam on the eastern shore of the reservoir. The reservoir is approximately 1 km wide and about 18 km long. The park encompasses 3/4 of a section, which is largely left in it's natural state which was range land with southern trees. This is the first regional park travelers from Manitoba or North Dakota have the opportunity to visit in southeastern Saskatchewan. Although the park is not open in the winter; the reservoir is a popular spot for ice fishing and snowmobiling.
