Swimming

There is a designated swimming area located in a small bay on the lakefront. Swimming lessons are offered each year and are usually the last week of July.

Playground/Recreation Activities

Two play areas are available in the park. One located in the main camping area close to the washrooms and camp cook shack, the second is located on the lower side of the park near the water.

Boating and Fishing

We have a boat launch and filleting shack, and the lake is well stocked for those who love the sport of fishing. There’s great fishing on Diefenbaker Lake, catch the big one! All watercraft is permitted through park gates.
