There is a large sandy beach waterfront leading to the clean saline lake. The swimming area is cordoned off with buoys to protect the area from boaters. Many people come specifically to our lake because it is a saline lake and some believe it to have healing properties! A three year study done by Guelph University discovered that Redberry Lake is resistant to developing “swimmers itch”. On the beach is a change room with coin operated showers. Two rafts are anchored in the swim area at 2 feet and 8 feet depths.

Playground/Recreation Activities

Two playgrounds in the park, one on the beach and the other by the golf course. There are also two ball diamonds available free of charge.
